TTH, legally The Twelve Core Holdings LLC, is a Texas-based general contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area focused on federal government work. TTH serves as the general contractor: the single point of responsibility that plans the work, brings the right team together, and sees each project through from start to finish.
We approach every project with humility, hope, integrity, and clear communication, the values we are built on.

We plan, sequence, and coordinate the work so every trade, delivery, and inspection happens in the right order, with one accountable point of contact for the government.

Subcontractor Management
We select, schedule, and oversee qualified subcontractors and vendors, and hold every member of the team to the same standards. Subcontractors can register with us.

Schedule & Budget Control
We track progress against the contract schedule and budget, flag risks early, and work to keep every project on time and on budget.

Safety & Site Compliance
We are committed to following OSHA and federal safety requirements, contract specifications, and site rules, so the job site stays safe for workers, occupants, and the public.

Quality Control
We check the work against the plans and specifications throughout the project, correct issues before they grow, and document what was built.

Clear Communication & Reporting
We keep contracting officers and their representatives (CORs) informed with honest, regular updates on progress, issues, and changes. No surprises.

Review & Plan
We study the scope, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements, ask questions early, and build a realistic plan and schedule.

Build the Team
We bring together qualified subcontractors and suppliers for each trade and make sure everyone understands the scope, schedule, and safety and quality expectations.

Execute & Communicate
We manage the work on site day to day, monitor safety and quality, and keep the contracting officer and COR informed with clear, timely reporting.

Deliver & Close Out
We complete punch-list items, inspections, and required documentation, and hand over a finished project we are proud to put our name on.
